Why is the world not using OTEC ???
It may look futuristic yet is achievable today
These fantastic ideas are very much in line with mine, they use
other forms of
ocean power such as OTEC and wave power. I would

I welcome constructive criticism on my ideas no matter what the outcome. My inventions are
quite straight forward but often used in unconventional ways in some cases they are
